Magnesium Balms
Apply balm to pain areas (muscles, joints, neck, back, etc.) at least 2 - 3 times daily.
Some mild irritation may occur on dry or cracked skin – this is normal & will pass after a few minutes. Apply regularly to clear up dry skin. Avoid contact around eyes & sensitive areas. Recommended for daily use.
Some mild irritation or tingling may occur  – this is normal & will pass after a few minutes. Magnesium is a natural vasodilator, meaning it opens up the blood vessels to allow blood to flow more easily. This reaction causes the tingling sensation. Low Magnesium levels increase this response. Response will decrease over time. If irritation occurs, dilute mixture - 1 part water to 1 part oil. For sensitive skin, dilute mixture - 3 parts water to 1 part oil.
Avoid contact around eyes & sensitive areas (including, but not limited to, dry, cracked, or freshly shaven skin).
